1. About these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Eva — Period Ally campaign microsite (evaperiodally.com) and the awareness quiz and certificate features offered on it (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using the Service you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

3. The awareness quiz and certificate

The quiz is an educational tool intended to raise awareness of menstrual health. Content is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. For health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

If you reach the pass threshold and complete the claim form, the Service generates a personalised digital certificate identified by a unique server-issued ID in the format PA-XXXXXXXXXXXX. Certificates are non-transferable and may not be modified, sold, or used to misrepresent qualifications.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s personal information.
• Attempt to bypass the quiz, scoring logic, or rate limits, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Use automated tools (scripts, bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service.
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify the Service’s content, certificate template, or campaign assets beyond personal non-commercial sharing of your own certificate.

5. Intellectual property

All campaign assets, copy, visuals, and the certificate template are the property of the campaign operators and their licensors. Your personalised certificate is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial sharing. Brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
